What Dreams May ComeA Poem by Chris MichaThe title is of a movie starring the late and great Robin Williams. What Dreams May Come
The morning was falling into my eyes
Where we could be elements of anything And nothing there seemed to matter Sending them into forever on the wings of wild fiery horses We rose and set together In coffee cups and pillows of goose feathers You said it was time to go, as we rose over our destination We parachuted back down, landing into the reality we were escaping ~ So here I am lying in this bed made for two Wondering if my mind has finally escaped me Until you finally walk back into my dream And the first thing I hear, is you calling me "BABY!" © 2014 Chris MichaReviews
