Star of the Horizon

 

 

Will you lie with me in love

Frolic through fields of seeded dreams

Sleep on soft pillows of spoken words

From the forever waterfall we will leap

 

I can see the horizon of dancing stars

Knowing your eyes light them up brighter

On the water they burn holes

As I watch your soul transform them higher

 

I wanna be in your arms tonight

Just once is all I need

To guide your heart into me

So I will wait here on the edge

Hanging on every word

Of the world...that

You are to me

 

So open your eyes and see

Where the horizons meet

Cause I will forever be

Under the stars of you and me

 

I fell into you hard

Not even my dreams were safe

You invaded every part

And filled in all the empty space

 

So,

I wanna be in your arms tonight

Just once is all I need

To guide your heart into me

And I will wait here on the edge

Hanging on every word

Of the world...that

You are to me

 

I know that the miles stand in-between

So,

Just look at the horizon and see

Cause I will forever be
