This MomentA Poem by Chris MichaSpecial are the little moments, often taken for granted.
This Moment
The Sun was just peeking through the bedroom window Slowly moving up from your feet to take you all in But this morning I was the first to gently brush your sleeping face And he nodded to congratulate me in my win How lucky I am to be this close to you To be near the adventures of your dreams To hear the soft subtle air from your lungs And the morning angels as they sing These are the precious gems of life One of the rarest I'll ever see A Gift the universe has granted This moment that was given to me If I never get this moment again My eyes no longer open to witness May the Sun & angels watch over you And wrap my sleeping beauty in their kisses. © 2014 Chris MichaFeatured Review
