Guardian Of Dreams

Guardian Of Dreams

A Poem by Chris Micha
"

Sent by the devine to protect her from the evil in her dreams. He is enchanted by her and falls in love.

"
I'm made from the dreams of God
A warrior of the Light
Deathdealer to the Darkness
Protector of the Right

I wait for you to enter
This mysterious unknown realm
To keep you safe from the nightmares
Unleashed from the throws of Hell

I'm forbidden to reveal myself
A curse to me you see
My eyes watch in sadness
As I realize what you are to me

You were picking ultra Violets
Under the raining Stars
Singing a whispy lullaby
Invoking the dance of Mars

I've seen the Angels of Heaven
The inhabitants of all the dimensions
Lived in the dreams of heroes
Seen all that is vast and infinite

But when I look upon you
I know what it's like to dream
In all the beauty it holds
I realize what this all means

You've planted seeds of love
In the field of wild hearts
And this is where I wait
When the awakening starts

May the Angels keep you safe
So you may return to me
I'll create you a whole new World
As the Guardian of your dreams.

This is true my friend. I really appreciate the feedback.
To me dreams are a gateway to another realm in a sense. And you captured that so well in this poem.

"May the Angels keep you safe
So you may return to me
I'll create you a whole new World
As the Guardian of your dreams."

Such a beautiful ending to a beautiful poem.
