wrapped in the Night

Two vulnerable naked souls

composing into a harmonious sweet symphony

Silence, allows your heart to say everything

The flutters, skips, and thumps guide my every move

Magical slight of hands

makes the world disappear

Allowing us to create our own

Fiery velvet kisses

romance cool bare skin

Passion ignites the air

engulfing our bodies in invisble flames

Feverish movements carving art in time

My fingers record the contours of your body

playing back vivid images in my mind

Quiet rose colored cheeks

frantically breathing waves of desire

The Night watches in curious awe

while keeping the Light in the dark

Nothing exists in this moment but you

Tonight, I surrender it all

Tightly wrapped in the Night
