The Square

The Square

A Poem by Chris Micha

I'm the square,
I fit in no where,
I'm the guy you just pass by,
Question is why?
Maybe I'm the Invisible Man,
Loneliness was never the plan,
I'm just a gift left in a corner,
With no one to open me,

But here's what you'll never see.

Inside beats a heart, that could love you without fail,
That could hold on to you through a hellish gail,
Sway you to to sleep to the harmony of the cosmos,
And keep you safely tucked away in my universe.

You could be my (e=mc2).
And I could be your greatest discovery.

To sum me up is pretty easy. I love writing because it's therapy for my wayward soul. Although, I am by no means any good at it, I still put myself out there. I use to write when I was younger but gav.. more..
