Don't Make Me AngryA Poem by Chris A JonesSometimes I get off on a rant. This is what happens when I do. Not exactly the best poetry I'm sure. Oh well, it was fun to try.Would you do me a favor? And help with these words I belabor. As much as I don’t care, They apparently do not share, My disgruntled appeal, The words and the will, Which fails to be heard, Even if I step into my word.
I wish they would all leave, Before I start grinding my teeth, At all those who don’t care If my argument is fair. Never before have I felt, That this hand would be dealt, Upon me it has fallen, My anger is all swollen.
To the top of my lung, I shout with my tongue, If they give me more lip, I am sure I will let slip, The words I belabor, Upon my near neighbor. Go away you old fool I am no longer your tool
It is hard to be staging, These words I’ve been raging, Please, please you must leave, Before you give me a peeve This will not stand How you’ve knocked me to land. I’m definitely pissed now, Do I dare show you how?
