to Mr. Frost

to Mr. Frost

A Poem by chr66is
"

Was Robert Frost right?

"

if nothing gold can stay,

our love should fade away,

we’d stare with blank surprise,

and mourn our hearts’ demise,

but passion does still bloom,

we’re not resigned to gloom,

and in our bliss we’ll see,

what gold could never be.
