Stakes

Stakes

A Poem by night/light
"

boom

"
day old corrosion
decade destiny
becoming rust

this cold new frame
very comfortable

my feelings now
subtle explosions
inquires from me
to try my best

not to care about this
but as we all can see

you have worked
yourself
way too hard
wrenching
my chest open

so a single tear is shed tonight
the clouds have become curtains
the moon never shows she cries
cause she never knows why it is
always in joy; ocean waves
tides move
suddenly

solemn . oh
do i feel this ease
fluid in every move
a place thats always
consumed in crimson .
birthing shadows bloom .

you'll never die
because there
is something
between us
something
you . your
addictive
this is of
vampires
blood lust
as always .
burning away

make new stakes

our cold dead
rotten hearts
entombed in
softly healing .
convalescence .
discreet screams
around midnight

i want to show you
how i want to love you .
