RealizeA Poem by NoemiAmbition and its many forms
I found my feathers, free to fly
away from them, I would shy but closer to me, the one desire to lose my wings and instead grow higher. then branch out further, discover more diverse and plural, in singular form. I realized then from what I gained, I lost. strength in warmth, but weak in frost, the future is for the ones who fly everhigher, or root and reach the sky. But I flew off course, and was stagnant, I forgot the sound of ambition's tone. From the future clouded, I could see, An undesirable, who I was to be. So I shed my wings, and fell to my knees. try as I might, my legs too weak I could not root, too much to seek. So I chose another path less traveled, and ran my heart out, disregarding desires. through the fluidity of time and the Adaptations of adversity wisdom flows though I may not be rooted though I may not be in flight, I've become what I could be, and that's just me. I will give upon others the fruit of my strife. I will support any who plan to take root, and nourish the thirsty, exhausted from skies.
