When you've gone and come back

When you've gone and come back

A Poem by chocolate_addict
"

When the music vanishes with me, and I am silent...Find the desolate streets like magnetic hearts...

"

When the thoughts press against me, and I am closed.

When I walk through the night, and imagine it my dream.

I cannot find the nothing I wander for.

I cannot envision the next hopeless corner.

Evade the light like white fire.

Love the darkness like cool rain.

When the music vanishes with me, and I am silent.

When I walk through the puddles, and imagine them the sea.

I cannot hold your hand I wish for.

I cannot face the morning without you.

Flee the confined towns like ghostly reality.

Find the desolate streets like magnetic hearts.

When the tears come now, and I am done.

When I stop in the night, and imagine it the end.

The night you find me I won’t be there.

I really like this, especially these lines:

Evade the light like white fire.
Love the darkness like cool rain.
&
Flee the confined towns like ghostly reality.
Find the desolate streets like magnetic hearts.

I think it's the contrast between the lines that I love.

It all flows very well and the imagery is very vivid. I wouldn't say there's much you should change about it at all :) good job.
