Crystal Glass

Crystal Glass

A Poem by SilentSill
"

We tend to blame others, however we never tend to blame ourselves

"

Sitting in a Square box,

3 Crystal walls surround you.

You feel trapped an alone,

no one to help you.

You scream...

Stare fixed outside this crystal reality.

people pass and pass,

yet they ignore your cry's of help.

Trampling on your Agony.

You think,

No, They are,

Stupid,

Heartless,

Monsters!

Your scream becomes louder,

You kick, smack, punch,

yet this cage is untouched.

As if this cage were meant for a dragon.

Your hope fades,

tears drown your eyes.

You wave the white flag,

fall into your defeat...

Then...... you laugh....

You remmeber

Three Walls....

Turn around and realize,

You've been lookin the wrong way.

SilentSill
i was trying to make people feel like the person inside and forget about the open exit. And realize that we blame others when the answer is so obvious
