laugh at meA Poem by chiyonatsufour of ten.
You may laugh at me,
I don’t really mind Whatever you wish to say to me, I simply don’t have the time. So, please, record your snickering, And write down your complaints. And maybe I’ll get back to you one day, Before you relocate For I can see your future home, My, it looks so dim, I suppose I forgot to tell you, You’re living in the din. Living in the city, That’s sure to be your end. Sleeping in the gutter, with nothing but a rag. Maybe you ought to burn your complaints, To keep you warm tonight instead? © 2012 chiyonatsu |
