My heart is a bewildered traveler,
It gets broken by many,
But still expects them to mend it again..
It gets smashed by many,
But still expects to be prioritized by them...
It heals many,
But expects others to heal it too..
It listens to many,
But wants to be heard out too..
It lends out love to all,
But doesn't expect them to love it back..
It burns in the pain of rejection,
But accepts things as they are..
It gets showered with the agony of pain,
But smiles back at life unconditionally..
It knows it can't have all what it wants,
But gives everyone what they want..

kinda liked the imagery of your "bewildered traveler heart". very fair & finely penned out. i believe, our heart's such a stupid idiotic fool around to love that never ev'r gets to learn what love teaches it throu' undisguised pleasure of gotten ecstasy. sometimes, it's everything, but the next moment, it's nothing more than a loath of rotten memories brought down to our miserable-soul. such a beautiful & perfectly shaped out poetry you come to lick down here around in poetic-words. absolutely enjoyed reading it, & certainly.. looking forward to readin' your work!
