Haiku...Summer

Haiku...Summer

A Poem by chuck

alone on the beach
finally found inner peace
vacation over

summer star gazing
count the wishes that we made
those light years ago

cloudless summer sky
a sailboat tugs on its lines
sails await the breeze

summer ocean surf
flock of seagulls almost lands
quickly fly away

the summer garden
with windblown colored dresses
full of butterflies

silver summer moon
bright stone skipping through the night
dark blackwater skies
