winter on display
snowflakes made of crystal ice
sleigh rides in the park

lakes frozen over
skaters brave the northern winds
hot cocoa morning 



MARCH
sights of small green buds
hopes of spring time arriving soon
new life in the earth 




APRIL
wildflowers growing
trees try on their brand new clothes
ground is painted green 




MAY
birds begin to sing
hear sweet melodies echo
woodpecker hammers 




JUNE
garden flowers bloom
colored rainbows of perfume
canvas of the earth 




JULY
sun and sand and surf
picnics on a sandy beach
waves kissing the shore 




AUGUST
corn fields past knee high
wheat fields waves of golden grain
reaping what you sow

SEPTEMBER
school days start again
the children wait at bus stops
birds gather for flight




OCTOBER
leaves fall like feathers
a red and gold cornflake crunch
chill is in the air 




NOVEMBER
wintery cold winds
windows sparkle in the sun
lawn of crystal lights 




DECEMBER
snow begins to fall
spreads white icing all around
children celebrate
