I'm Sorry Daddy

I'm Sorry Daddy

A Poem by PerfectlyImperfect
"

I have a father that hasn't been there for me and my siblings unfortunatly, and this is something I wrote with him in mind,

"

There's always a person you wish was there

Took his hand out and showed his cared

You wish he showed his total support

That he wouldn't always come out short

Have the passion and love you've been looking for

But at the end of the day he wasn't at the door

He wouldn't call nor would he visit

And would leave you behind like a deposit

Now time has passed and let me heal

But the hope that you thought of me exist still..

I only see you a couple times a year

and our conversations are small and not even clear

When I look at you I wish I say

I'm sorry daddy you always pushed me away...

About
I'm an hispanic teenager that ever since I knew how to write, that's all I wanted to do. Anything that is bothering me, or I feel strongly about I HAVE to put it in writting. Its a stress reliever and.. more..
