My Beloved

Baby there’s one thing

You won’t find under the tree

 

 

That's the best

Part of me

 

 

No box could contain this

Beating heart that pumps

For you with glee

 

Because my love for

You is true my darling

 

Because my days

Would be filled with

Sorrow and Loss

Without you beside me

 

Because I am

Positive that

My babies’ Mommy

You were meant to be

 

Because your eyes

Are as bright as

Blue sapphires alight

 

Tonight I’m on

Bended Knee

Asking you

To marry me

 

For making you

My beloved wife

Would make me so happy

 

Will you marry me?

 

Author's Note

I thought about how many marriage proposals there are during Christmas. I was inspired, so I wrote this poem.

Sweet, marrigement in Christmas should be very touching, right? Do anyone once wrote a Christmas romance? I have never think of something like this before, however, no matter what, marrigement is still a very romantic time in anytime.
