About the size

But we all

Has been our main focus

Author's Note

End of the year bonus from my clients was what I used to look forward. Even when I worked in corporate I looked forward to bonus time. No matter what the size of the bonus, getting a bonus was so exciting. I think everyone deserves some sort of bonus at the end of the year!

never been in a job which gives a christmas bonus..although used to get a year end one..so I know the feeling! Maybe we should work in Banking..they seem to get the big bonus's

We use to get a bonus at the end of the year for Christmas but last year and this year business has been so crappy that no bonus at all will be given. I loved the Christmas bonus that we got. It wasn't a huge amount but it was nice. It let you know that coming into work and doing your job was appreciated. This poem is great at drawing the attention to that. It doesn't matter the size just a little token to let you know that your work has been noticed and appreciated.
