Fractured Dreams

Shards of broken glass

Piece together what’s

Left of my dreams

 

They used to run in

Bright

Defined

Fluid streams

 

Now they

Are cracked

Warped

And have no theme

 

What to do with

Ahh, but broken dreams can be shifted into a different pattern and many times the new pattern is more pleasing then the old. :)

the loss of part of one's self. It can be scary to suddenly find
yourself wanting your life to take a shape that you've never
considered.
