Goodbye

Goodbye

A Poem by Marie Harrison
"

A poem of goodbyes.

Goodbye

Gaze at me with tender eyes

As you spread your acid lies

Watch me as I say goodbye

To the life I left behind

The one you’ll try to hide

For the rest of your

Days alive

Because I honestly tried

It’s easier for me to say goodbye

I have nothing left to hide

I really liked this poem. Hope you can write more romance poems. (Romance poems are my favorite.)
