His Garden

His Garden

A Poem by Marie Harrison
"

A botanical poem.

"

His Garden

Thistles prick and tear at my skin

Trying to escape to a safe protective den

Who knows what darkness hides within

Nothing is safe in his garden

The flow in this is quite amazing. Seeing as how I added it to my library as a 'favorite' that should speak volumes =)

Nicely dark and sinister. You never know what's lurking in gardens!
