Peace

Hate runs like a vein through me

Want to end this pain deep inside of me

Can never measure up

Never can please

Just need to end my life in peace

This is sad, that one's life makes them feel that to end it is the best option, but it happens. This poem pulls that emotion from the reader and makes them sympathies. Very good!

Emotional hurt and pain can cut so deep it leaves one wanting to die just to escape the torment. Death seems like a peace worth having. I hope you don't decide to see if there is truth in that because you can't change your mind. Give it a little time and a chance to come out of that dark hell hole.
