Ouch. Indeed we are prone to these feelings, and I know them quite well.
In my experience, the solution is the intuition of a priori peace. Our lives are only partly our own, as stewards of instrumental talents, services, gifts. Peace is when we allow a seamlessness to inform our souls. I have found that observation of breath in tandem w/an intuition that Life is not about self and other, this and that but ITSELF, arrives at the desired harmonization without drastic thoughts, or drastic measures.
Ah, yes... Sometimes, that's all we ever want, just a little bit of piece. This reminds of me way too much, and I am a bit saddened by reading this...but so too am I hopeful. You've touched us.
The last line is a strong line to write and in time things will pass. Life isn't always easy and it definitely doesn't have any guarantees but it does get better. Your poems states anger but this is more of hurt. The flow is done well and it is stated clearly. Without turmoil would we truly know peace? That is what I think to myself when life hits you with a break wall in the face.
Aw, why are you always writing sad poems? but it is also a good topic to write about. Actually you can try to write about positive thinkings about PEACE, try think more positivly! your poems and stories are going to look better.
I know that you are not a sad person.
