August's Golden Kisses of LoveA Poem by Marie HarrisonA poem about August.
August's Golden Kisses of Love Thy Maiden’s golden sun rays shine down on me, Beaming her glory into the very depths of my soul. She knows how I yearn for her gold in mid-winter, She’s heard my whispers for her dry parched winds To encircle my hips as I run for my pleasure of her warmth Wrapped around me. She smiles as I watch the turtles sleep lazily on their log As their tiny green necks stretch out to catch all of her rays of power. She laughs as I frolic and play on the sugar sand beaches of the ocean side As I breath in her sun soaked ginger air. I drive down Ventura Boulevard with my windows down and very Little clothing on, not willing to miss the glowing kisses Of her on my bare skin. August kisses of sun are what my mid-winter's Dreams are spun of, my sunshine love.
