Seeking My Revenge

Seeking My Revenge

A Poem by Marie Harrison
"

A poem about revenge.

"

Seeking My Revenge!

I gallop across this dark

Land seeking my revenge

Only in the darkest hours do I ride.

Death is at the door

Of anyone who sees

My dark form,

For instantly

They recognize me.

They run or flee from me as fast

As they can because I’m the man

Whose hands will end their life

Eventuallly.

I’m never hungry,

Nor  can I eat,

scream or shout.

But I can ride

And no matter

Where they hide,

I’ll surely find them

And kill them instantly,

For I’m the Headless Horseman

And I intend to Seek revenge!

There were a couple of typos, that I'm sure if you read through, you would see. I would also consider changing the word "instantly". Nice piece overall.
