It's a little bland and well lacking in my opinion. The first four lines seem to flow and be connected in a fragmented sentence but the last word is too abrupt it feels and doesn't suit the ending.

This is a lanterne poem about the mother of pearl. It's a poem about a lover giving his sweetheart a gift. A token of his love, symbolizing his pure feelings of love for her and their future together.
