Escaping Reality

more college stuff

I run for the sake of running.

Feel the pain burning in my thighs.

My breathing harsh

and rasping.

Stopping is almost impossible

for I am escaping...

escaping the reality

that unfolds before me.

If I stop

I lose.

And I will never regain

what I set out to accomplish.
