poem about the mirabal sisters. i had to write it for my english class... i really dont if its any good..

This is a memorial

For the four brave Mirabal Sisters

They risked their lives

For their belief's, friends, and sisters

 

They choose their path

They choose the curse

They went out

To get the purse

 

It's downhill form there

There's no chance or hope

They were beaten to death

With no life or hope

 

Their chance is gone

But they went with a bolt

They chose their ways

And went with the revolt

 

They're honered today

For their courage and bravery

One sister to tell

Their lives, their love, their story

 

Three sisters gone

One to tell the tale

More saddness for her

But she didn't fail.

this is very good i can feel the sadness in the last stanza great write
