To be fair in
OSRS gold overall switchscape as we know it isn't great game design, but it is pretty integral to the way runescape has always worked so I am personally past"good and bad" and just want to view it optimized a bit. Possessing a skill ceiling is definitely better than having one ring that covers vig/asr/rod and having the capability to pf/flank/lunge on a single weapon etc.. I'd say good in this 15, if that is the reverse of switchscape.I believe runescape penalizes the use of much but a few boss mechanics require the use of them, so runescape players swap and swap off as soon as possible. Personally I believe there should be a counter mechanic for shields/defenders, in which incoming strikes are slightly reduced and increase the damage of your next attack are slightly increased based on the incoming damage, so they can compete with 2H and Dual-Wield against bosses that do a lot of harm. For easy and slayer bosses, dual-wield and 2Hs remain as not much damage is taken best DPS.
Runescape has for making any type of skill arguments from

Trying to generate a DPS skill argument at a game tick system that is 600ms wherever massive RNG and your gear makes up 90% of your DPS is laughable.
