Just a RantA Story by Andy ChenLife is...They say, some people think things clearer at night than they do during the day. When you think about it, at night, it's like a crossover between a dream and reality; you're half asleep, but at the same time, wide awake of what is going on. You combine fantasical imaginations with your physical existence, thus creating a sort of calm and soothing moment that relaxes you, hence a clearer mind.
If life had a simple purpose, what would it be? A question that bogs the minds of many, one often results in a path of self-discovery. Would you say your current occupation be your purpose in life? It would only make sense that it is, seeing how you are spending the rest of your life dedicated to that one profession. But why do some people find it annoying? Ten years from now, I see myself as an architect. But, I would not say it's my life's purpose. I feel like there's more to it. Something that I THINK is only attainable by thought, not knowing if it is truly reachable in reality.
But what do you do when have finally achieved that purpose? At that point, the only thing that matter is what to look for next. But wait...you realize something else. It wasn't the fact that you've reached your goal, but how you reached it. Moving on would be learning the experiences that you've gained through the journey, and it is then that you finally realize, nothing else matters in the world. © 2009 Andy ChenAuthor's Note
