Honey Suckled Lips

Honey Suckled Lips

A Poem by Chelsea

Window pane,

Sparkling specs of light.

From the golden sun,

Traces the outline of our shadows.

Against the white walls,

Our shadows grow contoured.

Honey suckled lips,

Trace my body.

Hands laced,

Within my tangled curls.

Tattooed arms spill across,

This untainted body of mine.

Light and shadows, the sweet taste and soft feel, as within a room we lose ourselves, giving over to the contrast between light and shadows, that sweet taste and that soft feel. If one stops, just for a moment, they will smell the honey. If one stops, just for a moment, they might hear the sigh....
