Baby Bird

Baby Bird

A Poem by Chelsea
"

Story of many baby birds.

"

Baby Bird

Woven into a nest

Tucked deep into your mother’s breast

Wind tosses you

Upon the ground

Waiting to be found

Your mother flies away

You fought

But you now rot

This is sad but the honest truth. I found a baby bird once that had wonder quite far from it's own fallen tree and attempted to care for it until it was capable of caring for itself... but he died through the night and I felt so down about not being able to save him from his fate of death because of a fallen mishap. I enjoyed it because I connected with it... and I like a short poem with deep meanings, it's very good.

Thats so sad. been birdwatching in the garden with my grandchildren today so the sadness of this poem really hit me. However this poem could also be about parental rejection. Another good write Chelsea.

Great content and good symbolism, but where is the depth. Your poem is inconsistent. It started out with a good tempo and rhyming scheme, then all of a sudden it lost it... A good poem, but needs a little more attention. I hope I was helpful

That's soooo sad!!! Good way of showing the situation, though. But so sad!:(

Life can be happiness, but I guess as we look closer at this, it can also be sad....Great job!
