The night was a bright as day, 

well that's what I would say, 

the love I share,

the love I keep.

the love that makes you feel good.

that's what I want.

  not the love,

that makes you cry,

makes you weep,

makes you want to run and hide,

as the tear runs down my cheek, 

the love I hold.

will never die,

but never live.
