This thing called friendship

It is the backbone of everything

When you need someone

They are there for you

But what happens

When they do you wrong

Me i just sit and take it

You don't seem 

To care about me

You say you are always here

But you are never around

You believe my lies easily

But its because

You don't care enough 

To dig down deeper

You only ever 

Scratch the surface

And even then barely

Can't see my 

Eyes forever shinning

Always wet with tears

My heart constantly aching

Out of everyone 

You're the one 

I least expected 

To hurt me like this

You say your my best friend

But it's never about me

It's always what you want

Go to your spot

Hang with your friends

Eat at your favorite spot

I never get to choose

I always fall in the shadow

The odd one out

Never good enough

If you don't care

Why are you here
