The Search

The Search

A Poem by chea

The crowded streets
And the lonesome whispers
Searching for someone in the myriad of mysteries
Life was always so, like a puzzle unsolved
And when the search ends
With the surrender of hopes and a million emotions
I just have a wish to breathe for a while
Just to say that I always wished to fly.

Beautiful prose. I could read this over and over.
There's probably a teeny bit of tweaking you could do, if in a tweaking frame of mind.
I am not, and simply find The Search beautiful :-)
Thanks for sharing, chea
