I woke up,

To a dark sky

That had no stars

That had no moon

All there was,

An empty bed

Nothing was the same

Everything was tilted,

And backwards

It was as if

The whole world…

STOPPED

I woke up,

Hoping for you

To always be…

Around

Now you’re gone

And out of

My life

I’m upside down

Everything is lopsided

my whole life

Just turned…

Backwards

Nothing matters

Anymore.

Just let me be

Don’t try to fix

What you already

BROKE

I am destined

To go

backwards.

This is what it means to SHOW instead of tell . . . the first rule of poetry. Instead of saying "you left & that messed me up" . . . you paint us a whimsical image of how topsy-turvy it feels. I find it interesting that your narrator doesn't really sound sad or broken up . . . mostly mixed up . . . like that stage when you haven't gotten pissed or hurt yet, but just wandering around not believing this really happened. Backwards is the new forwards- lol- upside down inside out is where we find sanity the opposite to what’s meant to be otherwise how boring would life be- love it- smile- it turns everything upside down- original and wonderful as always🌹

You should add an "as" before "if"
