FALSE JOY

FALSE JOY

A Story by charlotte talley
"

Let me start by asking you a question. Have you ever met or know a person that is happy on the outside, but unhappy on the inside? this is called False Joy.

"

These types of people can fool the outside world with their jokes, smiles and so on. But when by themselves they deal with the real deal. The hurt inside can be so over whelming. They cry when by themselves, they may even ask the question, "Why me?"

Well, they have to understand that only God can give them joy and happiness to show on the outside and inside.I personally wish I had a majic wond to get rid of the feelings they have, but all I can do is pray for them. I personally know a person who fits this profile, and I keep telling them to go to God.

Some might call this false joy depression, but, I say they are kept from the light, which is God. God wants us to be happy, joyful. These people look for happiness and joy in the wrong places.First seek God and everything and I mean everything will be added.

The hope you look for can be false, the love you look for could be false, the happiness you look for could be false. All because we look for it in each other. But God is the way to all of your pleasures.

Lift up your eyes and see the heavens, stretch out your arms and call out to God. He knows, he's just waiting for you to come foward.

Seek and you shall find...it's my opinion those people hide there real feelings because they don't like to be pitied. Some people find it hard to ask for help or rely on anyone else. But God see all things, it's best to put yourself in his hands and welcome his help regardless of how it comes. Weather from a friend or a stranger. Amen.

you asked how it makes me feel and the answer is inspired. It's an inspiring write. We already know to lift up thine hands but if everyone hurting in some manner lifted up his hands the world would be a happier place. So we must need reminding. I know I did. This is beautiful, thank you.

The message here is much needed. It's an almost prayerful, yet it's an appeal to the audience up-lifting the spirit and pointing out a sign of life to those who only see the dead world that envelops them. Additionally, the principle of "False Joy" is expressed in beautiful, poetic prose-- an excellent write.
