Unfortunate

Unfortunate

A Poem by Charlie Leaf

Flimsy fences buckle, poor families struggle

Slithering winds sawed the wood and danced in the rubble

If you've already seen Fear, you've experienced Trouble

Longed for a drink of any liquid, the dust made you humble

Crawl out of your caves, let the light hurt

Pain exists to be felt, but don't let the dark lurk
