I like it. Now I have the stereophonics playing in my head, you gotta go there to come back.
Sometimes less is more and the writer paints a much more vibrant picture in the readers mind, when we replace the wanted with the needed.

No, it was the tune that bounced into my head, not the words....which I would get wrong anyway. Whenever I see the jungle book, I still sing "The beans n sausages", instead of the bear necessities"
I really should pay more attention :)
