coloured dragonfly

A Poem by charlax
"

a poem about

"
coloured dragonfly
blue green red black and brown
the blue one was light blue
the green ones are very green they could hide in the trees
the red one stands alone and she is almost always hovering all alone
the black one has a mate they relate they tempt fate and fly upside high together in the sky
the brown ones are never near the water now
the brown dragonfly is the spy
the black one is most likely to be the messenger they herald and they trumpet and they date the time
the red one is the keeper of the flame
the green ones keep me hidden from the enemy of man
the very light blue one is my escape from the daily solitude she is so used to being seen she is there for looking keen
if they were all too meet suddenly in one place and time
