Forgiveness is an attribute of the strong

He lost sight of that as this hurt he prolonged

Mindless agony

Underlying pain

Sore inflicted heart broken into pieces

Molded back together by a meager heap of glue

Of lies

Of far off promises

Of shattered dreams

Time ending rapidly

Love sweeping through gradually

Only to be lead into a place of captured souls

From gullible minds into a place

Of slaughtered hearts

Through weakened minds this shadow holds himself high

Burying me down low

Same amount of pain resting on both ends

Though his overlooked as a white sin

No justification

No actual ruling

Just a broken heart taking it all in

All the while inflicting pain upon itself

Meager breath blows

Time stops or rather slows

Love still present holding on to its last breath

Forgiveness is not so easy. But like in your words. If we live in hate and disappointment. Life won't be no fun. Forgiving yourself is the hardest. A excellent poem.
