She glared at him. What does he want again? Hes so--


"--persistent, am I?"


How did he--


"--know? You always tell me the same thing, I am accustomed to it now. Please, have you an answer for me?"


I looked away. I want to but I can't because of so many things... "I'm sorry, I can't."


"Hm. Always the same answer... Fine... Maybe this time, I'll stop coming back... Maybe you truly don't want to... It was nice knowing you, Ma'am. Good day to you..."


He walked out and closed the gate.


What.

Just.

Happened.


After three months of consistently going to my house everyday, he'll just stop without reason?! Oh, hellno.


I swung the gate open, furious for his lack of explanation--and gasped as his smiling face greeted me.


"So, is this a yes?"


Oh, you persistent little--


"--b*****d? I'm not a b*****d; I'm a gentleman who knows his woman's moods."

My eyes widened as he stepped inside, his left hand at my waist pulling me towards him, while his right hand cupped my cheek.
