This is a good heartfelt poem. I just have one problem with it. I don't want to come off as a jerk but I think the ending stanza is very cliche. Had you been able to fit this stanza to a rhyme scheme or something, I wouldn't hate on it but I feel like that last bit is just a stolen quote from someone I forget the name of. Again, I don't want to sound mean, the rest of the poem was good- I liked it!
