Tugged

Tugged

A Poem by Jingoism

The mountain is increasingly elevating,
The hole is expanding with forebode.
The source of the trouble
is alien yet increasingly dominant
Reaching, then tugging hopeless
on the surface of the key;
no approach or withdraw,
just stranded in the midst
On edge I pound with fury,
the gates full of hypocrisy
they oscillate me forward;
then send me stumbling on stone
I've done it all before
yet I'm here again unyielding
forced to concede to what  i cant resist
and combat this stalemate war.
