a dog and his gang (balance)

a dog and his gang (balance)

A Poem by Chad Halle

the dog had a
style, and it was
 good; he had the most
imagination, which is
a plus on many
accounts. and some
liked the bald kid, but
that was more like
a sympathy, people
felt for him. but my
favorite was
the boy at the
piano; he had
a style that
counted, he made
himself matter, he
had no complaints.
he took what he
had and created
somethin
beautiful; sound,
energy, balance,
etc.
i guess i do
that; i got
this pen, this
paper, this here
drink. i have
no complaints; i
just
create, and that
balances.
