Shade of Blue

Shade of Blue

A Poem by Tenten

Only summer nights can produce this shade of blue

Bright clear in full moonlight

Like mountain lakes at day break

I grow jealous of the clouds

So high, so close to Mothers light

Meeting her embrace before I

Only summer nights

Make day light blues in midnight skies

Reflecting like calming oceans

On praising eyes
