Growing Up Growing Apart

Growing Up Growing Apart

A Poem by Tenten

an endless line of concert tee's
ripped and slashed hoody’s
broken bike tires
skid mark boots
tired shoe strings
torn flat sneakers
with faded jeans
jingling chains
clanking belts
the image in my mind
as you walk away
and i realize
we're growing up
and sometimes
that means
growing apart
