Strangers In A Bar

Strangers In A Bar

A Poem by Tenten

Lend me the slow sweet tragic beat
The melody pulling at your heart strings
Stir me another drink
As I lament my heart to thee
As we connect over broken souls
The feeling of love betrayed
Singing sweet nothings to the moon
Just before day rises
Feel the tug of pain at your soul
They'll know your lies
As truth sinks through
