Speak With You

Speak With You

A Poem by Tenten
"

the days you want to talk with someone but your voice doesn't seem to work

"

gods I wanna talk to you

but my voice ain't workin'

can't make a sound of meanin'

with you miles away

our souls can't speak to each other

in that way as our eyes meet

your hand picks up mine

the worlds ok for just another moment

i can't find the right words to say

but gods i wanna hear your voice

feel the comfort of you

as i exist by your side

but this damn voice

just ain't workin' today

maybe 'morrow i'll give a call

and say something right for you
